This is why you're lazy

Girl, I see you. You’re lazy and you hate yourself for it.

You know you’re capable of more but you are just not doing it. 🥱

Let me spell the tea on why is that - you’re lazy because there’s no need for you not to be lazy. Lazy is our human default. 🦥

’But I actually want to do more!’’, you say.🤔

Do you want to do more or do you need to do more? Those are two very different things.

Because if you needed to do more, you would do it.

Simply wanting to do more just won’t cut it.

Imagine you want to start eating healthier and cut down on sugar, but you don’t really have the energy, motivation, or need to change your diet. 🍩

But imagine the doctor tells you you have diabetes and now you have to stop eating sugar or else you simply, well… die. ☠️

I have no doubt that almost every person would fi stop eating sugar immediately. ❌🍩

Laziness disappears when you realize the importance of your goals for your own well-being. 🧘‍♀️

Now, you wouldn’t want to hit rock bottom to need to change.

You would want to avoid hitting rock bottom by taking care of yourself and your goals.

And in order to do that you have to… realize that you are worthy of good things. 🌈

You are worthy of loving your body and being healthy you need to take care of it eat well, sleep well, hydrate, and move 🤸🏻

You are worthy of living a prosperous life  you need to work towards your goals study, work, start that business, educate yourself / fill in whatever brings you closer to your goals 👩🏽‍💻

Girl, everything tracks back to your self-image.

So, take this newsletter to do that thing you need to do before shit hits the fan. 💩

Do it. Do not leave it for tomorrow, next week, next year.

Realize that you are deserving of good things and thus need to move in the right direction. 🌟
