You’re already rich. Let me tell you how.

Yes, you read that right. You and every other person in the world are already rich. 💎
And before you roll your eyes let me tell you how. 👀
You have an endless amount of two things - attention and energy. ✨
How you spend those two determines your whole entire life. Determines how you wake up, how you spend your day, how you love, how you earn money, how you learn and how you feel when you go to bed at night.
Consider attention as your ultimate currency. 💸
Think about money. If you spend a lot on clothes, you will have fire outfits. If you spend a lot on a dentist, you will have a beautiful smile.
How do you spend your money? Probably very carefully, you don’t just go off and buy everything advertised to you.
And how do you spend your attention? How do you spend your energy? ⚡
Where your attention goes, your time goes
We should take care of your attention more than we take care of our money.
If nothing else, it’s something that actually directly influences our bank statements. 📈
It is a cliche, but let it sink in - your attention is precious. 🍀

I am too. I sit behind my laptop every week and hope that as many people read my newsletter and watch my content on Instagram.
Social media platforms, media, film and music industries spend billions to create a system in which they have you hooked. They want your attention for as long as possible. 🧠
Because it’s so valuable. It makes them money. 🤑
And if you’re not careful about who you give your attention to - it will be stolen.
If it’s not benefiting you, it’s making money for someone else.
Make sure that the things you consume bring value to you. It’s the ultimate change and your life will truly skyrocket if you manage that. 🧠
So, I’ll give a few no-bullshit tips on how to become the master of your attention:
Unfollow every account that’s not teaching you something, inspiring you or bringing value to your life. 🤳
Social media is the biggest danger for our minds out there today. It can be a great thing if you use it properly, but if you’re not careful it can destroy your life.
Make sure you benefit from the content you consume.
Spend some time in silence every day 🧘🏽♀️
We are constantly overstimulated. Even just 30 years ago people weren’t bombarded with the amount of stimuli we are now and evolution hasn’t yet caught up.
Quite frankly, our brains just can’t handle it and that causes brain fog, anxiety and distress.
So make sure to spend some time in silence every day - a walk in nature, prayer, meditation… whatever feels the best for you.
Stop multitasking 🤹♂️
I know you’re doing it. Stop. It’s not productive.
Science has proven that you actually get less done when you multitask. It also destroys your attention and gives you anxiety.
Train your brain🧩
Train yourself in tasks that demand of you to concentrate for a longer period and make that task enjoyable.
It can be a lot of things - solving sudokus or puzzles, reading, listening to podcasts… Have fun with it.
Mastering your attention is the ultimate life hack. And I know you have it in you to make the first step. Once you see the effect it has on your life, you will never want to go back.
