SABOTAGE NO. 1: Waking up early ā˜•

Waking up early is amazing, but NOT at the cost of getting less sleep. Remember: you are a human being with a body and physiological needs. Your body NEEDS rest, it’s not optional.

→ brain needs it to be able to learn

→ body needs it to grow muscle

→ skin needs it to restore.

If you want to wake up early - go to bed early. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night is non-negotiable.

SABOTAGE NO.2: ā€œAll or nothingā€ mentality šŸ’„

I see you, and I know you. You’re an ambitious woman who wants it all and is not scared of putting in the work. There’s no greater feeling for you than ticking off all 7389 items off your to-do list.

But when things don’t go exactly as you planned, you spiral and give up. NO MORE OF THAT IN 2026.

Repeat after me: Done is better than perfect. One step is better than staying still.

Focus on staying in motion, on consistency instead of perfection. Not on hustle, and doing it at 100% every time because you will burn out and eventually give up that way.

Idc who tells you you need to disappear and ghost your loved ones to succeed - it’s bs advice. If your goal is to exhaust yourself and give up in a few weeks - go ahead.

But if you’re in for the long run and want to build a life you’d actually enjoy, make it sustainable. See your friends and family, create new memories, and then doing the work will be waaaaay easier too.

SABOTAGE NO.4: Multitasking šŸŖ‡

You’re busy and have a lot of goals, I know. But hear me out: multitasking is just a way to do a lot of things poorly.

Your brain can’t actually do more than one thing at a time. It’s just rapidly switching attention from one task to another, and it costs more energy.

Stop cooking, replying to emails and listening to a podcast all at the same time. You’re giving yourself ADHD and wondering why you can’t focus. Do one thing at a time.
