Are you an overthinker? Most probably, yes. We all are in a sense. 💭
We all have so many thoughts, not all of them nice.
I’m a bad student. I don’t leave good impressions. I don’t have a sense of fashion and my outfits are basic. I am never on time. I can’t be consistent with my exercise. I am not very smart. 😫
You know why they always say your greatest obstacle to becoming who you want to be is yourself❓
It’s because to do the things you dream of doing, you first need to fight off all of these negative thoughts.
And that’s not easy.
It takes guts to start believing you can do things. 🦁
And the crazy part is - 💥 thoughts that are stopping you aren’t even real. 💥
They don’t actually make up who you are.
✨ ✨ You are not your thoughts, you are just their observer. ✨✨
👉 They pop up in your head, but they are not facts. They are only the way you perceive reality and you choose to believe in them. 🚨
What you believe in is what determines your reality.
So if you can choose your thoughts, if you can choose your reality… why would you choose the ones that tell you you’re lazy, stupid or ugly?
You are not any of those things.
You can be whatever you decide to be, so at least choose something nice. 📌
A man is but the product of his thoughts what he thinks, he becomes.
Telling yourself you’re a procrastinator and can never be one of those girls who exercise and eat healthy? Indeed, you will never be one of them. 🚫
Start believing good things about yourself and you will start seeing proof of them in your reality.
Tell yourself that you’re consistent, that sticking to good habits comes easily to you and that you always attract good things.
Your attitude will change, your energy will shift and your actions will start aligning with what you believe in.🌌
So what now? 📖🤷♂️
Write down all the bad things you believe about yourself.
Examine them, where do they come from, and do you have any proof in reality to believe they are facts?
Then, decide to reframe them. Choose a different reality for yourself and let the old beliefs go.
Decide who you want to be and start acting like her.
