How to still win in 2025
Pls don’t wait until 2026 to get your sh*t together 💩✨
Ouffff girl, it’s been a LOOOONG time since I’ve been in your mailbox, but I am so glad I am back.
If you’re anything like me, the last-minute panic is starting to creep in.
2025 is nearly over, and I wanted to achieve more than I have this year.
But 👏 it’s 👏 not 👏 over 👏 until 👏 it’s 👏 over 👏.
So here is our game plan to make the absolute most out of the following 56 days. 📜
Set your priorities straight🎯
If you have more than 2-3 priorities, you have no priorities - you just have a list.
This is not the time to be dispersing our attention and energy all over the place.
Choose up to 3 goals (maximum!!) you care about the most and put everything else on the back burner. We are NOT getting distracted.
Decide on sustainable action🪜
For each of the goals, decide on a small and sustainable action you can do consistently to move closer towards it.
Remember - the action has to be big enough so you keep progressing towards the goal, but small enough to not overwhelm you and throw you into avoidance and procrastination.
Consistency beats intensity.
Commit 🧠
Now, here is a difference I want you to keep in mind:
Interest is when you’re interested in something and only do it when it’s convenient
Commitment is when you decide to do something, and you accept no excuses
Commitment means keeping your word to yourself. It is teaching your brain and body that they can trust you.
Not committing or overcommitting is the biggest trap you could fall into.
Say you want to get in shape and you’ve been exercising only 2-3 times per month so far. You might get the urge to suddenly decide to workout 7 times per week to get maximum results.
HOWEVER, that feels overwhelming and you do have a pattern of quitting after 2 days.
It’s infinitely better to decide you will work out, for example, 3 times per week. Make it sustainable.
Also, if you can’t commit at all - don’t. It’s better than committing to something you already know you won’t do. But then don’t expect the results either.
Keep having fun 🎉
Romanticize the process. Still have fun. Experience new things. See that new play. Visit that new cafe. Go ice skating. Have a movie marathon with your friends.
Discipline doesn’t have to be a grueling experience. Make it fun. That’s what makes it sustainable.
And I know there are girls reading this who feel like they’ve just lost their spark. That’s why I’ve made the Get Your Spark Back 14-Day Confidence Challenge. It’s a series of challenges specifically designed to get you out of your slump to feeling like your most energized, confident self.

Please don’t wait until 2026 to get your sh*t together. 💩✨
Sending you love,
