It doesn’t have to be hard.

Habits, habits, habits… So often mentioned, known as one of those things we should get and adapt. But have you been doing a good job of adapting new habits that will eventually keep you moving toward the version of yourself you want to be?

You have probably at least tried. It seems so hard, doesn’t it?

Well, over here at That Inside Out Glow community, as we are completely and unapologetically ✨ delulu ✨ we refuse to believe that becoming the best version of yourself needs to be hard. And negative limiting thoughts coming either from us or the people around us will not stop us from getting where we want.

Because as long as you’re making the steps in the right direction, you are making progress regardless of how big the steps are.

Your direction is more important than your speed.

Richard L. Evans

Every journey starts with one step. And yours is no exception.

Even by putting in small, but consistent effort, you will be so much more ahead than you would be if you didn’t start at all. Most people don’t think it’s even worth trying. Realize that stepping in charge of your everyday life puts you miles ahead of the average person.

Let me put this into perspective for you:

  • If you work out for 15 minutes a day, that’s 91 hours or almost 4 whole days (!) per year. 🤸

  • If you meditate for 10 minutes two times a week, that’s 17 hours a year. 🧘‍♂️

  • If you spend 5 minutes a day learning a new language on an app, you will learn hundreds of words in a year. 🌐

  • If you read 10 pages a day, that is about 12 average books per year. 📕

Do you see how small you can start and still make amazing progress?

Another thing that will help you if fitting the new habits comfortably into your everyday life. I have written about it in my That Inside Out Glow Guide, so check it out. ✨

But who would I be if I didn’t give my besties the exact cheat sheet of ideas on how to do this in every category of the glow guide? 🤩

In That Inside Out Glow Guide, I advise you to make a game plan for changing each of the eight aspects of your life and you can use this cheat sheet of ideas for each category to get inspired. 😊

Use the potential you are blessed with. Be brave and be courageous.

Remember that the change starts small. It comes from the inside and glows on the outside.

I love y’all, stay glowing and growing, ❤️✨
