5 Habits of Highly Successful People

It's not clickbait 🖱️

OK, I admit. It is clickbait. 🤭

I don’t know the secret sauce that will launch you into the stratosphere of success, BUT I can give you five habits that will skyrocket your energy levels, mental health and general self-esteem.

Like 100% guaranteed ways to level up your life. Now who wouldn’t want to do that?? ,🚀

Still, I bet you’ve already heard of them and maybe just tossed them aside. But HEY! 🙌

This time it can be different. Come on, give yourself a chance to try!

  1. Being physically active 🤸

Being physically active is literally hacking your body to make you feel happier and more energetic. If you’re struggling with it, I highly suggest you try being physically active in a way that's FUN for you. 🏄

Not all of us need to be gym rats. Not all of us need to be crazy about running or pilates princesses. Don’t fall for social media fades. Think outside of the box!

You may have liked roller-skating when you were a kid - why not try it again? Maybe dance sessions in your living room or Zumba classes are your thing? Perhaps you’d enjoy going on brisk daily walks? Pick and choose. ⛸️

  1. Having a healthy breakfast 🥗

The first meal of the day sets the tone for your daily energy levels and cravings. Make sure it’s nutritious and filling - include carbs, fats and proteins.

If you can, opt for more protein-high meals because protein breaks down slower and will keep you feeling full longer and without the sudden sugar crashes. 🍳

  1. Journaling

Writing down your thoughts from time to time will help you keep a clear mental slate. We have so many things and worries on our mind constantly, but something about writing makes them slowly tune down.

Having brain dumps will help you alleviate the stress, putting down what you’re grateful for will make you happier and more appreciative, and writing down your worries in a neat manner might just as well help you find the solutions you’re so desperately searching for. 🧠🗑️

  1. Challenging your mind 📖

Keep learning, always. Whether is listening to podcasts, reading books, signing into a new workshop or talking to people who can teach you something - always keep your mind open and receptive of new knowledge. 💡

Try to make it a habit. For example, you can start a habit of always listening to a podcast on your way to work on schools two times a week, or reading 10 pages of a book daily. 📚

  1. Keep your space organized and clean 🧹

Clean space = clean mind. You will be surprised to how much more motivated and grounded you will feel when your environment isn’t crowded. Simple things like setting your timer to 20 minutes daily to just clean and tidy up can do a lot! ⏳

So, which one will you try first? I’d love to know so hit the ‘’reply’’ button and let me know <3

Until next week,

Your Glowing Bestie ❤︎
